Do’s And Don’ts For Candidates Coming To Appear For Interview
DO’s:
To bring along
2) Qualification Certificates (in original)
(In case degree has not been awarded till the closing date, the candidates can bring Provisional Certificate alongwith a certificate from the College/University that the degree has not yet been awarded).
3) Experience certificate issued by the appointing authorities clearly indicating dates (from and to alongwith Pay-scales) on Letter Head or duly stamped by the Competent Authority.
4) SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-Serviceman certificate in proper format (Copy of OBC declaration in case the caste is included in the Central OBC list recently)
5) Bring your call letter
6) In case of change of name, bring a certificate as per the prescribed format by the Commission alongwith copy of gazette notification
7) 3 copies of your recent photograph (passport size—5 cm X 7 cm) signed by you in ink on the front only
8) Any other condition* (i.e. in case of Ex-Serviceman, Govt. Servant, Certificate from competent authority).
9) Photocopies of all the relevant certificates/documents. ( For more details please refer to Summon Letter)
Don’ts
साक्षात्कार के लिए आने वाले उम्मीदवारों के लिए करने और न करने योग्य बातें।
करने योग्य बातें:
निम्नलिखित साथ में लाएं:
- मैट्रिक प्रमाण पत्र (मूल रूप में)
- शैक्षिक प्रमाण पत्र (मूल रूप में)
(यदि अंतिम तारीख तक डिग्री प्रदान नहीं की गई हो तो उम्मीदवार महाविद़यालय/विशवविद्यालय से इस आशय के प्रमाण पत्र सहित अनंतिम प्रमाण पत्र ला सकते हैं कि अब तक डिग्री प्रदान नहीं की गई है।)
2. पत्र शीर्श पर नियोक्ता प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र जिसमें स्पश्ट रूप से दिनांक (से ___________ तक के साथ वेतनमान) दश।ई गई हों या प्राधिकृत अधिकारी की विधिवत मुहर लगी हो।
4. संबंधित प्रपत्र में अ.जा./अ.ज.जा./अ.पि.व./शा.वि./भू.पू.सैनिक का प्रमाण पत्र (हाल ही में यदि जाति को केंद्रीय अ.पि.व. सूची में षामिल किया गया हो तो अ.पि.व. घोशणा पत्र की प्रति)।
5. अपना बुलावा पत्र साथ में लाएं।
6. नाम मे परिवर्तन के मामले में, गजट अधिसूचना के साथ आयोग द्वारा निर्धारित प्रपत्र के अनुसार प्रमाण पत्र लाएं।
7. हाल ही में ली गई (पासपोर्ट आकार 5सें.मी. x 7सें.मी.) की तीन फोटो जो स्याही से स्वहस्ताक्षरित हो।
8. अन्य शर्तें (अर्थात्, भूतपूर्व सैनिक, सरकारी कर्मचारी के मामले में सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी किया गया प्रमाण पत्र) ।
9. सभी संगत प्रमाणपत्रांे / दस्तावेजों की फोटो प्रतियां (अधिक जानकारी के लिए कृपया बुलावा पत्र का अवलोकन करें)।
न करने योग्य बातें:
- मोबाइल फोन/पेजर्स/अन्य कोई इलेक्ट्रानिक उपकरण साथ न लाएं।

respected sir if i have no any degree certificate for graduation or post graduation but i have mark sheet of both. will it be valid for interview.
