ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: -

Note: – These qualifications, age limit and scale of pay will be applicable to all the above three categories of posts.

1. Lecturer (Civil Engg.):

0. 1st Class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Technology from a recognized University/Institute.

OR

Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (India) by examination in Civil Engineering with 60% marks in aggregate in Section ‘A’ and ‘B’ after passing three year diploma in Civil Engineering in 1 st Division, ii.  Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

2. Lecturer (Electronics Engineering):

i)    First Class Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering/Electronics and Communication
Engineering or Technology/Industrial Electronics/Electronics and Tele Communication Engg.
From a recognized University/Institute.

Or

Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (India) by examination in Electronics Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Industrial Electronics/Electronics and Tele Communication Engg. with 60% marks in aggregate in Sections ‘A’ and ‘B’ after passing 3 years diploma in Electronics Engineering/Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Industrial Electronics / Electronics and Tele Communication Engg. in first division.

3. Lecturer (Electrical Engg.):

i). 1st Class Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Technology from a recognized University/Institute.

i). 1st Class Bachelor’s Degree in Plastic Engineering/ Technology from a recognized University/Institute.

1st Class Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering or Technology with First class post graduate diploma in Plastic Technology/ Polymer Technology of minimum one year duration from a recognized University/Institute. OR

B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering/Technology/ Mechanical Engineering with First class M.Tech in PlasticTechnology from a recognized University/ Institute. OR

Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (India) by examination in Textile Technology/Textile Engineering with 60% marks in aggregate in Section ‘A’ and ‘B’ after passing three year diploma in TextileTechnology/Textile Engineering in 1 st Division, ii. Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

10. Lecturer (Textile Design):

i).      1st Class Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Design/ Textile Chemistry/ Textile Processing /TextileTechnology from a recognized University/Institute.

OR

Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (India) by examination in Textile Design/ Textile Chemistry/Textile Processing /TextileTechnology with 60% marks in aggregate in Section ‘A’ and ‘B’ after passing three year diploma in Textile Design/ Textile Chemistry/Textile Processing /TextileTechnology in 1 st Division, ii.   Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

12. Lecturer (Chemical Engg.):

i).  1st Class Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized

13. Lecturer in English:

i).  1 st Class Master’s Degree in English from a recognized University/Institute, ii.  Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

14. Lecturer in Maths:

i).  1 st Class Master’s Degree in Mathematics from a recognized University/Institute, ii.  Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

15. Lecturer in Physics:

i).  1 st Class Master’s Degree in Physics from a recognized University/Institute, ii.  Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

16. Lecturer in Chemistry

i)  1st Class Master’s Degree in Chemistry from a recognized University/Institute.

17. Lecturer in Production Engineering

20. Lecturer (Textile Processing):

i). 1st Class Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Processing/Textile Chemistry from a recognized University/Institute.

OR

Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (India) by examination in Textile Processing/Textile Chemistry with 60% marks in aggregate in Section ‘A’ and ‘B’ after passing three year diploma in Textile Processing/Textile Chemistry in 1 st Division, ii.  Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

21. Lecturer (Management):

i). 1st Class Master’s Degree in Business Management/Businesses Administration form a

recognized University/Institute, ii.  Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

22. Lecturer in Computer Engineering/Programmer:

i)  First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science & Engineering/lnformationTechnology from a recognized university/institute. OR

Associate Member of Institutions of Engineers (India) by examination in Computer Engineering/Computer Sciences Engineering/Information Technology with 60% marksin aggregateinSections’A’and’B’afterpassingthree years diploma in Computer Engineering/Computer Science and Engineering/Information Technology in First Division.

ii.  Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

Note:- Degree obtained through correspondence or distance mode from universities/deemed universities/technical institution is valid qualification for initial recruitment only if such degree programme of technical education conducted through Distance Education Mode has been approved by the joint committee of UGC/AICTE-DEC during the period of studies.

Scale of Pay:- PB-IIRS 9300-34800/-+ Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-.

Age: Not below 21 years and not more than 40 years as on 01.08.2009.

4. RECRUITMENT TO ONE POST OF NUMISMATIC OFFICER (GROUP-B) (UNRESERVED) IN THE 0/0 DIRECTOR ARCHAEOLOGY & MUSEUMS HARYANA, PANCHKULA.

Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800+ 4200.

Age:   Not below 21 years and not more than 40 years as on 15.03.2010. Essential Qualifications:

i.   Second Class M.A. in Ancient Indian History, culture and Archaeology (with Archaeology
Group) from a recognized University.

ii.   Post Graduate Diploma in Archaeology.

iii.  Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard.
Preferential:-

  1. Research Experience with Published research work in the Field of Archaeology.
  2. Field experience and practical Training in Numismatic and Epigraphy.
  3. Sanskrit upto B.A. Standard.

5. RECRUITMENT OF ONE PERMANENT POST OF CANE ADVISOR (GROUP-A) IN THE
HARYANA STATE COOPERATIVE SUGAR MILLS FEDERATION LIMITED, PANCHKULA.

Pay Scale:- Rs. 15600-39100+ GP 7600/-

Age:- Candidate should not below 35 years and not more than 55 years as on 01.04.2010. Essential Qualification:

(i)   Post Graduate in agriculture preferably in Agronomy with 1st Division,
(ii). Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

Experience:- (i) 7 years experience in Sugarcane Development/Marketing in any State/Central Govt. Organization or Sugar Industry, (ii) Proof of publication of Research/Technical papers in at least two reputed/standard publications/journals. Note:-(i) Relaxation in upper age limit for all posts in the case of SC, BC, ESM, Candidates of Haryana will be given as per existing Government Instructions (wherever posts are reserved for them).

(ii)   Relaxation in upper age limit upto 45 years is also available to unmarried female
candidates of Haryana State Only.

The prescribed essential qualifications are minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview. Where the number of applications received in response to advertisement is large and it is not convenient or possible for the Commission to interview all these candidates, the Commission may restrict the number of candidates for interview to a reasonable limit on the basis of qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement or by holding a screening test or any method devised by the Commission.

For application forms and detailed information write to the Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission, Bays No. 1-10, Block-B, Sector-4, Panchkula by remitting Rs. 500/- for General Category including Dependent son/daughter of ESM of Haryana candidates and Rs. 125/- for candidates of SC/BC/ESM/PH of Haryana only through Indian Postal Orders/Bank Drafts (from any branch of Scheduled Bank of India) payable to the Secretary, HPSC at Panchkula with self addressed (with Pin Code) envelope of 24×11 cm. size duly stamped with Rs. 40/- for registered post upto 23.04.2010 only otherwise thereafter application form will not be sent or on cash payment at the counter from 10.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M and 2.00 P.M. to 4.00 P.M. on all working days till closing date. The candidates must write their names, address in block letters, name of the post for which application form is required and category of form i.e. General or Reserved (SC/BC/ESM/PH of Haryana only) because there will be two sets of application forms one for general category including Dependent son/daughter of ESM of Haryana and another for reserved category and no application form will be supplied to those candidates who do not remit the full prescribed cost of application form and envelope as stated above. No extra fee, other than the cost of application form as stated above, will be required to be deposited along with the application form. General Clarification:-

  1. Indian Postal Orders or Treasury Challan or Bank Draft issued after or on the date of publication of this advertisement and till the closing date and payable to Secretary H P S C , Panchkula will only be accepted by the Commission.
  2. Incomplete application Form i.e. without proof of age and the minimum required qualifications will be straightway rejected without entering into any correspondence.
  3. The eligibility of candidates with regard to qualifications will be determined on closing date for receipt of application Forms.
  4. HPSC will not be responsible for any delay on the part of Postal Department or Courier Agency and all the applications received after the closing date will be rejected outrightly.
  5. Incomplete application Forms or unsigned application Forms shall render the candidates ineligible.
  6. In order to be eligible for applying forthese posts, a candidate should be:-

a)     a citizen of India, or

b)     a citizen of Nepal, or

c)     a citizen of Bhutan, or

d)     A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Srilanka and East African countries of Kenya, Uganda and the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar) with the intention of permanently settling in India: Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c) and (d) shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been given by the Government of India and if he belongs to category (d) the certificate of eligibility will be issued for a period of one year after which such candidate will be retained in service subject to his having acquired Indian Citizenship.

    R/Sir,
    Shall we have to apply seprate application for each post in each dept. i.e. for Narwana Education Society’s Lect. in Textile Desin & Lect. in Textile Technology.
    And application for various polytechnics in various deptt. i.e. Textile Design & Textile Technology.
    Please give me guidence about this.

    Respected Sir/Madam

    I have cleared my STET exam (English lecturer)in 2009 dec.Shall i use HPSC form 2009 for the post now revised on 1 may 2010 as i buy it in advance against the Advt. No. 3/2009 and 4/2009 and i have cleared it later.
