Closing Date:- 26.02.2010 (24.02.2010 for applicants from Forward Remote Areas i.e. State/ Union Territories of
North-East Region, Lakshadweep, Andaman & Nicobar Island, Sikkim, Ladakh Region of Jammu & Kashmir and Pangi
Sub-Division of Himachal Pradesh).

The Haryana Public Service Commission invite applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment to the
following posts/services:-

(I)   RECRUITMENT OF ONE PERMANENT POST OF ELECTRONICS ENGINEER (GROUP-A) IN CIVIL AVIATION
DEPTT. HARYANA.

Pay Scale:- Rs. 37400-67000+8900 G.P. & allowances as per Govt. Rules.
Age:- Not below 30 years and not more than 45 years as on 16.02.2010.
Essential Qualification:

1. Matric or its equivalent.
   1. Should be holder of current Aircraft Radio Maintenance Engineer’s License in categories A and Xfor maintenance
      and overhauling ofequlpmerrtinstalled on trainer and ExecutlveAlrcraft of the State Government.
   2. Atleast 10 years aviation experience out of which atleast 5 years experience as Aircraft Radio Maintenance
      Engineer.

II)  RECRUITMENT OF ONE PERMANENT POST OF DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (F&A), IN THE HARYANA STATE

COOPERATIVE SUPPLY AND MARKETING FEDERATION LIMITED.
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800+Rs. 5400/- GP.

Age: Candidate should not below 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 16.02.2010.
Essential Qualifications:

(i)      CA/ ICWA/MBA(Finance).

(ii)    Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric.

(iii)   Exp:- 3 years experience in the line.

(III)         RECRUITMENT TO FIVE TEMPORARY POSTS OF ESTATE OFFICERS (EQUIVALENT TO CLASS-I OFFICERS) IN
HARYANA URBAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, OUT OF WHICH ONE POST IS RESERVED FOR SC OF
HARYANA, ONLY

Pay Scale:- Rs. 15600-39100+With Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/-.

Age :-18to 40 yearson 16.02.2010. The upper age limit is relaxable up to 45 years forS.C.of Haryana Only.
Essential Qualification:

1.  1st Class B.E./B/Tech/MBA from a recognized University.

(i)   The course curriculum must include appreciation of Computer Application.

(II)    ThedegreeofB.E./B.Tech/MBAshould have beenobtained by joining full time course and notas Part Time?

(iii) Preference shall be given to those persons who are having full time degree in Law by joining a full time law
course.

(IV) RECRUITMENT OF ONE PERMANENT POST OF TECHNICAL ADVISOR (SUGAR) (GROUP-A) IN THE
COOPERATION DEPARTMENT, HARYANA.

Pay Scale:- Rs. 15600-39100+GP 7600/-

Age:- Candidate should not below 35 years and not more than 55 years as on 16.01.2010.
Essential Qualification:

(i)      Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Science with 1st Division with Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Sugar
Technology from any Institute in Indiaorabroad.

(ii)    Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric.
Experience:-

(i)      7 years experience as a Chief Chemist in Sugar Industry for Graduate and 5 years in case of Post Graduate.

(ii)    Proof of publication of Research/Technical papers in at least two reputed/standard publications journals.

(V)  RECRUITMENT OF ONE PERMANENT POST OF CANE ADVISOR (GROUP-A) IN THE COOPERATION
DEPARTMENT, HARYANA.

Pay Scale:- Rs. 15600-39100+GP 76007-

Age:- Candidate should not below 35 years and not more than 55 years as on 16.01.2010.
Essential Qualification:

(i)      Post Graduate in agriculture preferably in Agronomy with 1st Division.

(ii)    Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric.
Experience:-

(i)      7 years experience In Sugarcane Development/Marketing in any State/ Central Govt. Organization or Sugar
Industry.

(ii)    Proof of publication of Research/Technical papers in at least two reputed/standard publications/journals.

(VI) REQUIREMENT OF FIVE TEMPORARY POST OF SENIOR DENTAL SURGEON (GROUP-A) IN HEALTH
DEPARTMENT, HARYANA OUT OF WHICH ONE POST IS RESERVED FOR SC OF HARYANA.

Pay Scale:- Rs. 15600-39100 (PB-3)+7600GP+NPA as admissible.

Age:- Not below 32 yearsand not more than 45 years as on 01.01.2010.5 years relaxation in upper age limit of SC of
Haryana as per Government Instructions.
Essential Qualification:

(i)      Post-graduate qualification of M.D.S. from a recognized University or Institution.

(ii)    (ii).Registered as Dental Surgeon on part (A) of the Dentists Act, 1948. with Haryana Dental Council or any other
Council in Indian Union.

(iii)   Five years standing in Dental Profession and Hospital experience after acquiring the requisite qualification.

OR

10 years experience as Assistant Dental Surgeon or Dental Surgeon under any State or Central Government after
passing B.D.S. out of which at least two years experience should be after acquiring the required post-graduate
qualification.

(iv)    Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard.

Note:- Those candidates who have applied earlier in response to Advertisement No. 5 (VI) published on 03.01.2009
and subsequently corrigendum need not to apply again, their previous applications considered.

Note:- Relaxation in upper age limit for all posts in the case of SC, BC, ESM, Candidates of Haryana will be
given as per existing Government Instructions (wherever posts are reserved for them).

The prescribed essential qualifications are minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle
candidates to be called for Interview. Where the number of applications received in response to advertisement in large
and It will not be convenient or possible for the Commission to Interview all these candidates, the Commission may
restrict the number of candidates for interview to a reasonable limit on the basis of qualifications and experience
higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement or by holding a screening test or any method devised by the
Commission.

No. 1 -10, Block-B, Sector-4, Panchkula by remitting Rs. 500/- for General Category including Dependent son of ESM
of Haryana candidates and Rs. 125/- for candidates of SC/ST BC/ESM/PH of Haryana only through Indian Postal
Orders/Bank Drafts (from any branch of Scheduled Bank of India) payable to the Secretary, HPSC at Panchkula with
self addressed (with Pin Code) envelope of 24×11 cm. size duly stamped with Rs. 40/- for registered post upto
09.02.2010 only otherwise there after application form will not be sent or on cash payment at the counter from 10.00
AM. to 1.00 P.M. and 2.00 P.M. to 4.00 P.M. on all working days till closing date.The candidate must write their name,
address in block letters, name of the post for which application form is required and category of form i.e. General or
Reserved (SC/BC/ESM/PH of Haryana only) because there will be two set of application forms one for general
category including Dependent son of ESM of Haryana and another for reserved category and no reserve category
application form will be supplied to those candidates who will not remit the full prescribed cost of application form
and envelope as stated above. No. extra fee, other than the cost of application form as stated above, will be required to
be deposited along with the application form.
General Clarification:

1.  Indian Postal Orders or Treasury Chalan or Bank Draft issued after or on the date of publication of this
advertisement and till the closing date and payable to Secretary HPSC, Panchkula will only be accepted by the
Commission.

1. Incomplete application Form i.e. without proof of age and the minimum required qualifications will be straightway
   rejected without entering into any correspondence.
2. The eligibility of candidates with regard to qualifications will be determined on closing date for receipt of
   application Forms.
3. HPSC will not be responsible for any delay on the part of Postal Department or Courier Agency and all the
   applications received after the closing date will be rejected outrightly.
4. Incomplete application Forms or unsigned application Forms shall render the candidates ineligible.
